Pointing it straight dow...I checked the camera now. Pointing it straight downwards works well in 3D mode. The only connection possibilities is the USB (for transfering files) and HDMI (for viewing pictures/video on a TV/monitor).<br /><br />It has stereo microphones on the top plate.<br /><br />I'm not sure how far from talking people you can go before the audio does not work well.
